When do you expect to start shipping the Collectibles?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your Peace of Stage Collectible to be shipped, as all collectibles are made to order.

You will receive a confirmation notice of when your order is shipped and a tracking number to follow its progress.

How do I get a repair or replacement if my order arrives damaged?

How are the Stage Collectibles being shipped?

Each Collectible is shipped individually by UPS, USPS or FedEx.  You will receive a 
tracking number to check on its location and delivery status.

UPS Ground Transit and FedEx

Standard UPS Ground Transit and FedEx time when shipped is one business day 
delivery for: NY, NJ, CT, MA, RI, DE, and Eastern PA.

Standard UPS Ground Transit and FedEx time is two business days delivery for: 
ME, NH, VT, MD, DC, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC, OH, IN, MI, IL, GA and Western PA.

Transit time for the rest of the continental US is three to five business days.

USPS Transit

Standard USPS Transit time when shipped is one to two business days delivery for NY, NJ, CT and 2 to 5 days for the rest of the Continental US.

Calculated at checkout. Dependent upon which items are being shipped, and to where.
